Actually, if foreign visitor wants to visit Indonesia for his holiday, and he has only one day to spend, tell him that he has absolutely not enough time. There are so many beautiful places here in this country. A foreign visitor who wants to know about Indonesia in a short period has only one place to visit. A place where he can see almost whatever about Indonesia in one day only. I will surely and directly suggest him to go to Taman Mini Indonesia Indah.
Taman Mini Indonesia Indah is a miniature park of Indonesia, the smaller size of Indonesia. It is located in the east of the capital city of Indonesia, east Jakarta. It represents not only the beauty of the country to the foreign visitor but also shows him how rich Indonesia is. He can see the replica of all provinces Indonesia has. He will see almost all of Indonesian culture. He will immediately realize that our Indonesia is a very beautiful and a very rich country.
That foreign visitor can see many custom houses there in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. He will see, for example, Central Java’s custom house, Padang’s custom house, Sulawesi’s custom house, Kalimantan’s custom house, and other provinces’ custom houses. He can see all of it for free.
He will also see some of Indonesian culture there. He sure can learn the culture if he wants. In some custom houses he will find Indonesian traditional dances. To make it clear, in Bali’s custom house, there will be a woman doing Bali traditional dance. The foreign visitor can watch it for free. And the dance woman will teach him to dance with pleasure if he wants to learn it.
If the foreign visitor wants to do something else, you can suggest him to the “Kereta Gantung” or known as “Gondola”. He can see a lake from above. In that lake, he will able to see some islands. And somehow, if he takes a good look at them, the islands are making the map of Indonesia. What a beautiful thing, right?
If he get tired, such a motel is exist there so he can take rest after having a long day. See, what a nice suggestion from me, isn’t it?
